Sales conditions:

Full prepayment before delivery
If you have an active VAT in VIES you do not have to pay for it.
The payment is made only by bank transfer.

Offered guarantees:

We offer you a lifetime guarantee for all products.
When you find damage – take 2 pictures and send it to us, we will quickly make a credit note.
If you have not sold all the products during one year, for example, you could sell only 80% of the products, then you have the possibility to return back those unsold products and get the money back.
The delivery takes 5 – 7 working days.
As a new customer you have to pay all the amount in advance, if you continue to work with us, you have the possibility to pay for the goods within 10/15 days or even 30 days from the billing date.
You can get a discount from 2 € to 80% for each bought product.

TonerDen will communicate with you about your order and the purchased Product through any of the mode using email, SMS and telephone. TonerDen may contact you telephonically or through emails to introduce new offerings.
